The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is an anti-semitic paper that attributes to the Jews, the malicious plan to dominate the world. The book was first published in Russia in 1903 and distributed to other countries at the beginning of the 20th century. Many copies of the book were distributed around the world, even though its credibility was undermined in the 1920’s.
Frederick Hermann Kisch was the head of the Political Department of the Jewish Agency’s Zionist Executive in Israel. In this letter from 1928 he writes to the Zionist executive in London about the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. An Arab magazine named “Ul Jamia Ul Arabia” published a series of articles based on the book. Kisch asks the Zionist Executive to buy a specific edition of the book in order that it can verify quotes from the book that appear in articles and refute the claims of the writers. Even back then, public relations were very important.
