What holiday is more suitable than Purim, for holding a colorful and festive carnival? On Purim, parades called the “Adloyada” are held all over the country. The parades include giant puppets, various costumes and live music played by bands.
The origin of the name of these parades is from the custom of drinking wine on Purim until one cannot tell between “cursed Haman and blessed Mordechi”.
